Happy Thanksgiving (a little late)

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with all the works!! Steve and I went to our friend Amy’s house for a nice outdoor gathering. It was in the 70s, sunny and breezy- the perfect day. Steve made his wonderful turkey and I made mashed potatoes after going all over town and was unable to find sweet potatoes. There was about 20 of us, and we spent the day in the sun eating, drinking and relaxing. What a great way to start back in Chile!!!

I’m so glad to hear that you had Thanksgiving. I sure wish it had been that lovely out here-it was chilly and poured all day. Anyways, glad to see you are back in Chile. Cannot wait for more posts and e-mails. Take care.

Happy Thanksgiving, guys.

I had a bit of a tin-foil mishap with my turkey, so it didn’t turn out as nicely as Steve’s. But I think the Dance Dance Revolution 2 tournament afterwards (courtesy of the Mosteks) compensated for the underdone turkey legs.

Looks like a fun way to spend Thanksgiving. If you can’t make it back to the famous Foley Thanksgiving, might as well be enjoying the sun and beautiful weather with friends!
