Happy St Patty’s day guys! Now, I hope you will all eat lots of corned beef and cabbage for me 🙂

Ok… we’ll make the supreme sacrifice and eat lots of corned beef and cabbage on your behalf. And guess we’ll throw in some irish soda bread too. Won’t be as good as Pat Tapper’s, but we’ll make do. For dessert, we’re trying out a new recipe – Kerry Apple Cake.

Drink a pisco sour (or few) for us!

Lisa,
I wanted to let you know that I’m missing the corn beef and cabbage just as much as you are. Went out for a few drinks but now back in and watching a movie. Cannot wait to hear more about your time with Steve’s parents. I’m really thinking of coming in the fall to visit. Anyways, hope to hear from you soon.

Happy Belated St Patrick’s Day from the Parson’s Family in Colorado. I have finally had time to sit down and check out your site Lisa. It’s great, and looks like you are really enjoying your time in Chile. I am sure Terry & Mary Jane are enjoying their time with you. I am anxious to try your quinoa and black bean recipe. Sounds delicious!!! We are waiting for a big snow storm to come in today and hoping for at least 2 feet. Say “hi” to everyone for us.
